At a general meeting- of the Provincial Employers’ Association Mr Spencer (president) said that t'ne time had arrived when the whole of the laws dealing with tho settlement of Labour disputes might will be repealed, and one Act substituted. He would suggest that one court only should be set up to adji 4 into on all Labour disputes, to bo open to all unions, whether registered under the Act or not-, and to all employers.
