Our Oamaru correspondent writes that Mr J. G. Nicolls, of Ure street, a retired sheepfarmer, of Hakataramea, died on Saturday. The late Mr Nicolls was a member of the Oamaru Harbour Board, and in his earlier days represented Otago at cricket.
