LIEUTK NANT-COLOXKL J. L. SLEEMAN, C.8.E., M.V.0., I.G.S. Director of Military Training-, New Zealand Forces, 1916-1921. Lieutenant-colonel Sleeman was lent to the New Zealand Forces in 1916 at the urgent request of the Dominion Government for an expert military training officer with modern war experience. His appointment has now expired, and he will return to England this month.
