NEW ZEALAND MUTTON.
W ASIIIXGTON, January 7. Mr Hazenbarth, testifying before r Senate Committee, said that the frozen mutton importations from New Zealand had produced a disastrous effect upon American sheep-raisers. He declared that 3,000,000 dressed lambs had been imported from New Zealand since the spring, whereof 1,750,000 were now in cold storage.
