BEND-OPS' TO NEW ZEALAND TEAM. WELLINGTON, October 13. A send-off arranged'by the New Zealand '-Rifle Olub Executive was given this afternoon to Major "V. Dunne (commander) and members of the New Zealand, rifle team, who will leave by the Moana to-morrow for Sydney in order to take part in the New South Wales and Victorian rifle
