PATRIOTIC FUNDS.
WELLINGTON, March . The Advisory Boards' Conference to-day resolved, on the motion of Mr Hope-Gib-bons, that the time has arrived to establish a national scheme that will deal with p?rmanently and partially disabled soldiers, either physically or mentally. The Auckland and Southland delegates voted against, while the Taranaki delegates refrained from voting. A conference is to be held of all bodies at present administering or holding funds. These include the Red Cross, Y.M.C.A., Salvation Army, «tc.
