All Entries and Acceptances must be addressed to the Secretary, and contain entrance money, name, description, age, and pedigree of horse, name of owner, colours of rider, and name of trainer. 3. The Committee or Stewards reserve the right to alter or amend this Programme at any time before the Entries are taken. They may also vary the amount of Entry or Acceptance Fees, Date of Entry, and Dates upon which the Handicaps appear, should they think fit to do so. 4. Entries by telegram or telephone must be confirmed in writing within seven day's, under a penalty of 2sovs. 6. Owners are responsible for all penalties and allowances. 6. Owners and Trainers will only be admitted to the " bird cage" immediately before and directly after any race in which they have a horse engaged. DEFINITION OF A HACK.
