HENLEY.

January' 28. —Our district, like most places in has had a splendid run of weather, giving the late crops every assistance-. The effect of tho flood is seen all around in the quality of the grass. Nothing was left of the English .grassos —all drowned out. —and only a water grass is to bo seen, which, unless it is subject to continuous moisture, is not of much account.
