Mrs Butt, of Waimate, late of Glenavyv an elderly lady well up in the sixties, has completed knitting her two hundredth paif of socks for the boys in the 'trenches. This, considering; tho lady's advanced years, is a fine example of tho patriotism of our womenfolk.
