Some 18 members of the Pacific; Harriers ran from tho Bungalow Tea Rooms on Saturday. Paper being dispensed with, Captain Gray led his peck along the beach to Lawyer's Head. A game of football at Tomahawk on the sands was enjoyed by the members, who returned homo via Taimii road and Tahunn. Tho. club was afterwards the guest of vice-president Mr W. H. Outrarn. The St. Kilda Harriers brought their season to a on Saturday with a run from Wesley Hall, Musselburgh. The trail l'-cl round Taimii. across Lawyer's Head, and down into Tomahawk Beach. After the liilla around tho lagoons had been skirted, a fast run home was made. The- club afterwards entertained a large number of friends to tea. and a very enjoyable social evening was spent. The Civil Service Harriers held their weekly run from Mosgiel on Saturday. Paper was dispensed with, and Captain Mong led the pack towards Wingatui, thence across country towards Wairongoa and back to Mosgiel, via the North Taieri. road. Tho Dunedin Harriers held their closing run on Saturday from tho Commercial Hotel, Green Island,, as the guests of the committee. There was a good muster of members, and a smart pace was set across country towards Green Island Beach. The trail finally led on to the beach, where some closely contested sprints were run off. The pack returned homo via the Brighton road, and did full justice to the repast supplied by their hosts. An enjoyable outing was terminated bj r an hour's entertainment at the hotel.
