ALLEGED BREACH OF THE LAW.
WELLINGTON, April 11. John Dome, who escaped from Mount Cook prison a short iSma ago, appeared at the Magistrate's Court charged with escaping from custody and breaking and entering and theft at Paraparaunm and Pukerua At both places Dome secured arms and ammunition. He pleaded guilty, and was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence. Two brothers, William and David Southee, were committed for trial on a charge of the theft of one sheep from a farm at Akatarawtw
