The next best despatch for United Kingdom will be by Vancouver mail, closing December 23, and due in London, Januarv 25. The next parcel mail for Expeditionary Forces will bo specially advertised, but parcels may be posted at any time. Money orders for places within the domion close one hour beforo advertised time of closing letter mails. Money orders for places beyond the dominion for despatch by the North or South Express close at 4 p.m. the previous day. Registered mails closo one hour beforo advertised time of closing ordinary mails. Book packets, commercial papers, and newspapers close half an hour before the advertised time of letter mails.
