BREACH OF CONTRACT.
WELLINGTON ; Juno 22. In the Supremo Court to-day the National Cash Register Company claimed from C. M. Ro?s and Co., of Palmers ton North, £1206 for alleged broach of contract to complete the purchase of certain registers. After a lengthy heaving, the jury returned a verdict for £6OO. Leave was granted to move for a new trial.
