Tho troopship Tofua arrived in Dunedin about 5 o’clock on Tuesday afternoon. She had 410 soldiers on board. Included in this number are six cot cases, 69 hospital cases, and 335 others. We have been requested to state that it must be distinctly understood that the sick and wounded returning by tho Tofua and Willochra must travel on the trains and steamers provided for them, and that only one travelling warrant will be issued for each train or steamer. Individual warrants only will bo issued for branch linos. Saloon passages will bo issued to all men travelling on the coastal steamers who are not fully recovered, on the recommendation of the medical officers. On tho trains first class accommodation will be given recommended by tho medical officer. Travelling arrangements for the men in the North Island and in the Nelson district _of tho South Island will be made at Wellington. LIST OF PASSENGERS.
