THE TURKISH NAVY
CONSTANTINOPLE, December 3. The firm of Armstrong, Vickers, and Company lias obtained the contract to reorganise the naval dockyards, and to construct a naval base and floating dock 'n the Gulf of Ismid. This marks a new era in Turkish naval development. It is stipulated in the contract that no foreign Labour except British shall bo employed.
