LORD KITCHENER
LONDON, August 18.
The Daily Express states that the Foreign Office has been warned of a plot to assassinate Lord Kitchener, who is spending a holiday in England.
The detectives are endeavouring to trace an Egyptian Oxford undergraduate, who is a close adherent of Farid Bey, the Nationalist leader. The undergraduate has avowed his intention to procure the assassination of Lord Kitchener.
