RACIAL FEELING
WASHINGTON, August 10. In the Senate Senator Vardanian spoke In favour of an anti-negro movement. He advocated lynch law. and denounced the conditions that allowed the blacks to work alongside tire whites. He also urged the North and South to stop their bickering and unite to save the country from the blacks.
The speech was received with a storm of protest and cheering.
