THE REMEDY OF THE AGE. TUSSIGURA. With the advent of winter it is only to be expected that there will be a great increase in the number of colds, coughs, and other ailments which are prevalent in the cold seasons of the year. At the Medical Conference recently held in Now Zealand the most important subject discussed was the rapid spread of consumption in the colonies, arid the Government have shown themselves alive to the danger by establishing sanatoria in the North and South Islands. This is unquestionably a wise step, but it should always bo borne in mind that “prevention is better than cure.” It is impossible to estimate the number of cases of consumption winch could have been stayed in their progress had the disease been dealt with in its earlier stages. The forerunner of this terrible affliction is almost invariably a cold, contracted by undue exposure to the weather. r I o obviate danger, therefore, it is necessary that a cough .should be treated as soon as it becomes troublesome. and no better remedy has been devised for this purpose than TUSSIGURA. The Great Throat and T.rxc Cure. This preparation has proved its efficacy in thousands of cases, and has never been known to fail. At the same time it should not he forgotten that delays are dangerous, and for this reason no household ought to bo without this invaluable mixture, so that a dose can bo administered whenever occasion req tires. 2- 6d PER DOTTLE.
