DRAUGHRT HORSE SALES.
SYDNEY. August 4. At tho annual draught horse sales prices were very fair, but some imported shire stallions were sold very cheaply. A bid of 360 guineas for Dranhone Pluto, a six-year-old imported shire stallion, was refused. Shires sold froni'B7i guineas to 195 guineas, and draughts from 21 guineas to 125 guineas. On account of Mr James Grant (ilawera) two stallions brought 36 guineas and 66 guineas, and on account of Mr Samuel Wilson (Kiccarton) Main’s Laird was sold for SO guineas.
