LONDON, July 27. The Times, in a leading article, discusses the report of the Imperial Cancer Research Committee. It says there is no justification for the claims of many of the so-called cures. The only reasonable expectation of effecting a cure still depends on the complete removal of the growth by the surgeon as early as possible after its discovery.
