SOME SUCCESSFUL COUPS. • WESTPORT, June 17 A daring robbery occurred at the Charleston Hotel between Friday night and early on Saturday morning, £2OO in cash being removed from the cash box of the licensee's room. The police are investigating. AUCKLAND, June 17. Two moa*e shops were .broken into *by burglars in Queen street between Saturday night and Monday morning, the small sum of 8d being all that was, secured. (From Our Own Correspondent.) GEE ¥ MOUTH, June 17. A daring jobbery took place at Blackball during Saturday night or early on Sunday morning. From particulars •to hand it would appear that the bupglar or burglars entered the Blackball Co-opera-tive Store and removed the safe, which was blown open with the nee of dynamite, and stole about £lO or £l2 in cash.
