A painful accident happened to Mr Robert Love, of Orepuki, through the accidental discharge of a revolver _ while in tho act of placing it in his hip pocket (says the Advocate). Dr Trotter was aummorv&d and extracted the bullet, which had travelled from the hip to the front of the thiffh above the knee. It is hoped that the injury is confined to a flesh wound, and that in} a short time Mr Love will be about again, none the woreo for his painful experience.
