A DECISION REVERSED
LITHGOW MINER CONVICTED. SYDNEY, April 26. The High Court has reversed the decision of the Full Court in the case of a Lithgow miner who was fined for absenting himself from work. The Full Court had upheld the appeal against the Police Court decision convicting the miner. The question involved is whether the dismissal of a onion delegate for absenting himself without permission to attend & meeting constitutes a reasonable cause for breaking a contract.
