REVOLT IN MEXICO.
WASHINGTON, April 1. The - United States Government agrees to allow shipments of munitions of war and their transportation across the frontier for the Mexican Government against the rebels. The question of neutrality is not affected by this action, as the belligerency of the rebels is not recognised. • MEXICO CITY, April 4. first, victory over the rebels, defeating them decisively in the neighbourhood of Parral. Five thousand troops were engaged. It is believed that the death roll was heavy.
