New Parliament Buildings.
TO THE EDITOR. j Sir,—Looldna: at the designs for the new Parliament Buildings published in the Witness, I, with many others, think that the ' design No. 4- is far before No. 1. No. 4has a solid appearance, and seems to be more fitted for a Government building.
