THE FRENCH NAVY.
LONDON, May 25,
It is announced that, in view of the British entente, M. Dekasse (French Minister of Marine] has decided this autumn again to concentrate the navy in the Mediterranean, leaving only a reserve of six battleships with nucleus crews in the Channel, thus giving France oommand of the Mediterranean as against Italy and Austria.
