ANT-GAMBLING.
SPEECH BY LABOUR PREMIER. ADELAIDE, October 31. The Premier (Mr Verran), addressing the Anti-Gambling League, said that so far as his own feelings were concerned he would put the totalisator away tomorrow. The State was progressive enough to do without the 2), per cent, which c.p.me from it. He intended to move for a Royal Commission to inquire into the whole question of gambling.
