FEEDING HUNGRY CHILDREN.

LONDON, April 21. The Board of Education's r-eport on the Provision of Children's Meals Act shows that the average cost of meals to scholars in London is 2d. Of such meals 2,175,326 were supplied in the provinces for the first year of the operation of the act, and 9,671,781 were provided the second year.
