.PARIS, March 14. _ A Renter's telegram states thai.-it is ~n person named Martin Gautier (not Martin), the assistant of Duez, who has been arrested. . f He had a luxurious suite of apartments in a deserted Parisian convent, where orgies were held nightly, till the neighbours complained. Gautier kept five separate establishments in the city under assumed names.
