LONDON, January 14. The Daily Telegraph’s New York correspondent says that there is no present indicat’on of a renewal of the reciprocity agreement between the United States and Germany. If it should lapse on February 7 there will be a bitter struggle, involving £100,000,000 worth of trade between the two countries. The chief obstacle is Germany’s action in declining to relax the prohibition of American cattle. BERLIN, January 15.
