The Otago Farmers' Co-operative Association of New Zealand report : — We held our \ usual weekly horse sale on Saturday, when i.we offered 44 draught mares and geldings, "vanners, spring-carters, harness cobs, hun- , ters, and ponies to a representative gathering of farmers and town and country - 1/uyers. We had a number of good draughts .Suitable for general farm work, and the L^aat of these were keenly competed for, and fcold at good values. Our top price for ' draughts last week was £47. Good spring-carters jsold at up to £24, lighter sorts to £20.
