THE SHIPBUILDING TRADE.
LONDON, January 11. The representatives of capital and labour in the shipbuilding trade have agreed that the question of a dispute must be leferred before a strike or a lockout to a grand conference, embcd3 - ing the authority of the Employers' Federation and the 26 unions concerned. The agreement al?o provide* for a new and carefully-framed scheme of wage*.
