Wigan defeated the- Australian League team by two goals and two ta'ies (10 points) to two goals and on© try (7 • points). Early in the first half MessengeT kicked a penalty goal, and converted a try which •was' scored by Walsh, Wigan soaring an unconverted try. - In the second half Wigan addied. a goal from a try and a penalty goal.
