CONSTANTINOPLE, December 3. •An enthusiastic two-mile procession of the various comnwmities, escorted by their spiritual heads, marched through the main streets of the -city. They carried the ballot boxes used at the polls, and gave loud cheers for the Constitution. WJava Gussinjeh, an officer, aasassinoted General Ma-her Pasha in this city. The victim is supposed to have been aBpy of the old regime.
