VIENNA, December 3. The joyous celebrations in connection ■with the Emperor Francis Joseph's jubilee "were overclouded by the fact that four people were killed and 106 injured while %vdtneGsing the illuminations. Forty-three of the Emperor'e grandchildren gave a fairy play at the Royal residence at Schonbrunn. After the celebration of mass at tihe cathedral the Emperor received the congratulations of the Royal princes, ambassadors, and Court officials. A brilliant performance was given at tie. JRiOy^al Opera House in the evening.
