OBITUARY.
LORD GLENESK. . LONDON, November 25. Lord Glenesk, proprietor of the . Morning Post, is dead, aged 77. Baron Glenesk, proprietor of the Morning Post, the London newspaper irchicb makes a specialty of chronicling 1 the doings of the Court and nobility, was formerly known as Sir Algernon Borthwick. He was made a K.B. in 1880 and a baronet in 1887, receiving the title of Baron in 1895, and taking the name from a locality in Midlothian. He was born in 1830, and his father was M.P. for Evesham. The Baron was M.P. for South Kensington from 1885 to 1895, was vice grand 1 master of the Primrose League, president of the Press Fund, and belonged to the Tory party in politics. He was married iv 1870, but leaves no heir.
