PROCEEDINGS AGAINST THE "UNION. • WELLINGTON, August 31. In reference to the bakers' strike, tha Arbitration Courf? intimated that after examining the evidence the court considered the union apparently proposed t<j strike; therefore it was not proposed t<j deal with the cases as against the men, but to take direct action against tho union.
