A STEAMER STRANDED
LONDON, -August 24. Advices from Bergen state that the Norwegian steamer Foligefonden stranded at Skaanevik and sank in three minutes. Of 83 pa.«sengers it is feared that 40 ■ were drowned. Fifteen bodies have been recovered.
