TERCENTENARY CELEBRATIONS. OTTAWA, March 6. Sir Wilfrid Laurier, in a speech in the Dominion House of Commons, announced that the Prince of Wales's visit would extend over a week, beginning on July 22. The Prince of Wales will be acompanied in the North Atlantic" by a French squadron, and American warships will also attend. The Princess of Wales will not accompany the Prince. LONDON, March 8. The Governor-General (Earl Grey) hopes that representatives of every portion of the Empire will attend the Quebec Tercentenary. He believes that the children of the Empire will join with the Canadian children in assisting at the commemoration.
