LONDON, January 30. The Speech from the Throne also stated that Great Britain had made further proposals to Turkey and the Powers for dealing effectually with the principal clauses of the agreement with reference to the disturbance in Macedonia. In connection with the financial arrangements for the year, proposals wSuld be introduced making better provision for old age. Legislation with that object in view would be submitted.
