HAWKE'S DAY.
A fire was discovered 1 at Napier on the morning of the 29th ult. in a four-roome.l house jD Norman's lane, oft Carlyie strcer, owned and occupied by T. Morrow, a painter and paperhanger. The place was completely gutted. The cause of tho outbreak ie unknown, as Marrow and family had not been living ,r. the house for tho last few days. The furniture was insined for £135 in the United office.
