GERMANISING POLAND.
♦ PRINCE BULOW WARNED. BERLIN, January 31. Prince Radziwill, Cardinal Kopp, and other Polish magnates in the Upper House of the Prussian Diet have warned Prince Bulow of the danger under his Posen Appropriation Bill of infringing the rights of property and exciting mistrust and disaffection. Prince Bulow replied that the ,exi«ifenee of the Prussian State was menaced. It frfes impossible /to allow the growth of a State within a State. A grave emergency demanded^ exceptional legislation. The bill was "referred, to a committee.
