LAND SALES.

Messrs Wright, Stephenson, and- Co. report having /recently effected the following sales «f station and torn properties in Dtago and Southland: — On account of Mr Samuel Henry (Evan's Flat). hi 3 well-known Bellamy Station, near Lawrence, comprising about 8800 acres of Jreehold and 28.000 acres of leasehold, io Mr John Man Sell (Timaru), who <dso purchased all the stock on thg station, comprising 10,080 sheep, and horses, J?ttle, «nd station plant.
