EVICTED TENANTS BILL.
LONDON, July 23. The Evicted Tenants Bill was passed through committee in the House of Commons after the closure bad been applied. July 25. Only three of the 15 clauses of the Evicted Tenants Bill were discussed before the guillotine was applied. Owing to many measures reaching the House of Lords with clauses that weTe passed without discussion, Lord Camperdown proposes that future bills be so printed as to show what portions thereof the House of Commons had closured.
