ST. KILDA BOWLING CLUB.
The annual Teport of the St. Kilda Bowling' Club says:—"Th« profit and loss account •bows a credit of £51 l6fl 6d, alter writing off pavilion account tihe sum. of £39 65.. The directors recommend ihat £20 be .written off pavilion account and balance .of £31 16s 6d ©arried forward to next year/ The bank «nrerdraft stands, at £53 18s 7d, as against J75 9s 6d last year, being £21 10s lid less; ibis is after spending £13 Is 6d on additional lackers and chairs and £15 Ss 5d on fence and gates, an expenditure which your directors did not anticipate when their last report | was issued. The retiring directors we j Sfessrs G. P. Mollisdn And James Dawson, ; who are eligible for re-election. The auditor*, Messrs H. M. Ewing and C. E. Leith, *etu», but are eligible for re-election." The balance sheet shows:—Liabilities— • Nominal capital, £1000; subscribed capital/ «618, less unpaid, calls, £22 7s 6d—£s9B Ujs Bdj bank overdraft, £53 18s 7d; sundry credi&«rs, £S lOs 65; profit and loss -«o«rtn»t, JBSI 16s 6d.
