Notes from Roxburgh. (From Our Own Correspondent.) ROXBURGH, April 21.
Heavy rain fell throughout the district yes- ' j terday, and continued throughout the l.ight. The river has risen considerably, and several dredges have been compelled to stop work. The coach to Lawrence refused to take passengers on account of the flooded state of the Bengerburn.- j
