THE PRICE OF OATMEAL.
The arrangement that has existed for some time past amongst the local millers in regard to the price of oatmeal has been dissolved and a period of " cutting "_ has commenced. The immediate effect is a drop of £1 per ton— from £10 to £9,— and the market is weak even at this quotation.
