"In view of the insanitary condition of many perambulators and go-carts," states a resolution passed by the Christchurch Burgesses' Association at its last meeting, "and the ease with which infection may be disseminated through this medium, this association ia of the opinion that public attention should be directed to the subject, as these vehicles too often find a resting place in shops and places of public resort.."
