. • VISITING SQUADRONS. BERLIN. August 24. The Kaiser has expressed a wish that the reception' to Admiral Wilson's squadron should in every sense be cordial and friendly. August 28. The fleet ordered to Swinemunde to greet Admiral Wilson's British squadron j prior to manoeuvring arrives to-day. 1 Admiral Wilson arrived unexpectedly last evening, and exchanged salutes with the fihoio batteries. COPENHAGEN, August 24. A storm struck the British Channel fleet as it was leaving Esbjerg. Three destroyers were damaged. OTTAWA, August 24. Three hundred sailors belonging to Prince Henry of Battenberg's fleet, which is at Quebec, after giving a naval exhibition at Montreal for the benefit of charity, were lavishly, entertained. There js immense enthusiasm throughout Canada. A similar party was the Governments .guest at Ottawa.
