The monthly meeting of the comniittea of the Ocago A. and P. Society, held on Thursday, was attended by Messrs P. Patlullo (vicepresident, in tho chair), J. Gow, J. Patrick, T. Ritchie, J. Elliott, G. MaeEwan, W. Patrick, W. Burnett, A. Todd, A. Johnson, E. F. Duthie, .J. Angus, J, Lethbridge,' J. Ross, A. M'Faxlane, J. A. Roborts, T. Muir, W. J. -Charters, J. W. Blair, A-.- S. 'Orbell, and J. Ninimo. Apologies were received fiom the president (Mr James Hazlett), Messrs H. Buck-land. \V. Elackie, J. Tough, W. Souter, and J. Ship]. The Buildings Committee reported that the plans and specifications for the proposed additions to the annexa buildings had been laid before them by tine- architects entrusted •with drawing them up, and, alter very careful examination^ tho committee recommended that the plans proposed by Messrs Mason and Wales be pdoptsd. After discussion by tho committed and inspection of the plans had been made, the recommendation of tho Buildirgs Commiitee was given effect to, and tile secretary was instructed to notify the successful architects with a view to proceed ing with the woik as soon as possible.

The Grounds Committee reported thai the work m connection with the re-erection of the new stalls a-t Tahiuna Park was Hearing completion, and arrangements hacl been come to with the Tramways Committee, whose ]ieeommendation would be laid beu'ore the City Council at its next meeting", whereby the handling of stock wotild be placed on a satisfactory basis, ami the annoyance caused to exhibitors through paying a high charge for haulage from Dunedm to T'ahuiWi Paik would be douo away with.
